Hello @erin.brisson 😊

Mostly it’s pretty easy so I’d give you an overall rating as 4 (I did submit this also above).
However, there are so many discussions and repeated questions that I find myself going into rabbit holes to find something. As well I’d say it depends what I’m looking for.

If it’s some “generic” thats easy & quick to find but some more complex stuff takes time to suffle through and I notice hours gone by without necessarily finding the answer.

Therefore, some clarity would be welcome.

Hola @erin.brisson - at this point? Almost everything is search based. So so much. Thats great for business. But I do lose where things are at times. 3

@dklinger thank you! I’d love to dig into this a little deeper. Are you willing to share the types of things you lose at times?

We have a lot of great posts and comments in our community space but oftentimes when I’m searching I’ll find a post from really long ago with outdated information and it makes finding what I’m looking for harder.

The search algorithm is on point - always able to find what I need

I find that it often returns what I am looking for, but I need to search through the outdated posts as well as alot of unrelated posts that get returned, despite me being very careful with my wording. So once I search through all of this, I do usually find my answer or a good suggestion.

I would liek to echo this sentiment, sometimes those rabbit holes can be cumbersome. Also, having to comb through outdated posts. If there is a way to make sure the more recent posts are first to come up, and maybe tag or have the previous posts or responses as support resources on related topics either on the side or at the bottom somewhere.

I like the community site but what I’d like to see improved is the fact that if you are going through the recently added / Unanswered questions list on the main page and you've scrolled down or clicked the “Show more activity” then you view an article, comment and then return back to the main page, it refreshes the page and makes you scroll all the way back down to continue reading the articles. I’d like to return to the main page without it refreshing back to the top.

It all depends what we are looking for.

If we had a category or topic dropdown when creating a post, similar to the options available when opening a support ticket, it could make it much easier to filter and locate relevant discussions. Currently, I often need to open and read through posts because the title alone does not always provide enough context about the content. Adding predefined categories would improve searchability, organization, and the overall user experience.

I want to second this. I’ve started jumping straight to Support because I don’t have time to wade through 5 years of workarounds and troubleshooting suggestions that may or may not work anymore. I also don’t like how searching Docebo’s Help Center pulls up results from every source, including Community threads. I’m in the HC. I want results from the HC. If I wanna search the Community I’ll go there.

Agree on all the outdated results.  Also agree with @LMaynard on being in the KB/HC- I’m in there for the KB info. It’s too much to sift through.

The search feature is how I find things when I am looking, but I would love a default of search results with the newest showing first.

I’ve found Claude/ChatGPT etc. quite good for troubleshooting and surfacing answers and suggestions about the platform and functionality. A chat interface that exposes more tailored, verified and summarized results could be helpful.
