Using Docebo for Benefits Education / Open Enrollment Support

Hello!

We’re looking at ways to use Docebo as more of a year-round employee benefits education hub, rather than only using it for traditional training. I haven’t been able to find much in the Community on this use case, so I’d love to hear whether anyone else is doing something similar.

We’re considering using Docebo for things like open enrollment education, 529 or financial wellness sessions, HSA/FSA information, retirement education, EAP resources, and education around supplemental health benefits or services employees may not be fully utilizing. Actual benefit elections would still take place in our benefits administration system.

I’d love to know how you structure yours. Are you using courses, catalogs, channels, custom pages, learning plans, or a combination? Is the content assigned, available on demand, or both? And how do you handle annual open enrollment content versus resources that stay available year-round?

I’d also be interested in any lessons learned, reporting you’ve found useful, or examples of what has worked well for employee engagement.
