There is a option to add a demo material video under the course properties > catalog options. Does anyone know if this video can be tracked to see how many users have viewed the video?

Yes it is a neat one, you can add a short video demo of your training - however I do see a way to track the views of the video. We would like to know how many people watched it but did not enroll.
