It’s not 100% clear from tutorials, but do questions count as uploads?

That is, do end-users need upload permissions to at least one channel so they CAN ask questions?

If so, I have 100+ subtenant companies who will get access to DCS.

I would probably rather use cohorts over making 100+ more channels for questions (I am however using individual channels per subtenant for courses and expert assets, to allow me more granular controls).

I’d also like some smarter way to assign experts if possible; I do have a leaders/managers group defined by user additional fields.

Did this post help you find an answer to your question?

From my understanding, to ask a question on an asset in a channel an learner will just need to have visibility to the channel.

If you are using the questions/answers as a course widget, learners don’t need to have visibility to a channel since the questions live in a course. (but you do need to have the course assigned to a channel  if you want to have a notification go out to the experts letting them know someone asked a question).
