Observational Checklist Recertification Notifications

I have a course that includes an observational checklist which needs to be renewed every three months. I’ve set up the retraining requirement in the certification section, but since learners can’t independently renew this type of training, I’m wondering if there’s a way to trigger a notification to power users when a learner is due for renewal. That way, they can proactively schedule time with the learner to complete the in-person evaluation.

Hi @SarahP570 ,

We do that with our Forklift recertifications by have a Scheduled Report go to our Store Managers once a month and show the status of their team. They just open it, see if they have anyone due, and take action if necessary. I wonder if something like that would work for your situation.

You can use the notification called, Certification has expired. It can be sent to PU at a predetermined time before the certification expires.
