Hi All,

I am facing issue with AICC redirect. I am using 3rd party platform for the language training (7Speaking). It was working all good till last month December. Now, when a existing learner try to access the course. They receive the error message. Screenshot is shared below. We use SSO login to access the platform. Please any anyone could help as it effecting our user experience and completion percentage.

The error states to contact the client server administrator, so that is what you should do.

The PKIX path java error usually relates to issues regarding the TLS certificates.

We’ve had quite a lot of issues with AICC material not working or was working and then Docebo does something and it stops but I just did a quick test on our AICC material and it seems okay so I would start by contacting the supplier of the AICC to be sure nothing has changed on their end.

Good luck!

Second what @Maz said about contacting the client admin, it could be something simple on their end that needs to be corrected. Beyond that I’ve had previous experience with AICC where our users had to authenticate via SSO into the third party platform and then go back through Docebo to complete the training. Not ideal, but it did fix the issue.

In a similar issue, we worked with our vendor (QuestionMark, QM) to configure the connection on their end to work with Docebo as it was all on their end. We have since moved away from having our learners log into to Docebo and then re-authenticate in QM for many reasons, and now download the AICC file from QM and load it in Docebo. The nice part is that QM still does all the in-depth tracking for the outcomes while it’s more convenient for the learners.
