Articulate Rise 360 Assessment Score Not Recorded After Resuming

We’re experiencing an issue with an assessment created in Articulate Rise (uploaded as SCORM 1.2).

The issue occurs when a learner starts the assessment, leaves it incomplete, and resumes it later. The learner can complete the assessment, but the final score is not generated or recorded.

This has now occurred with three learners, and I was also able to reproduce the issue myself. The assessment works correctly when completed in one sitting.

Has anyone experienced this? Any advise if there is a recommended workaround or setting we can change in Docebo?

What format does the assessment take in Rise? Usually, if you stop part way through a lesson in Rise and revisit it at a later date, you need to start that lesson again as it will only record that you were in that lesson, not where you were within it. Presumably the same applies for quizzes, although I’ve not tested this as we tend to build quizzes outside of Rise, within Docebo itself. If it’s a lengthy assessment, could it be split up into several elements in Rise?

Not sure if this will help.

We had so many issues with SCORM in Docebo and the problem lies with Articulate.  If people leave a course open without exiting correctly they time out and training material is not accurately recorded.  Our solution was to upload all modules from Articulate as xAPI and not SCORM and have had no issues since.
