When things are kept internal to your organization, you may want to consider that fair use exceptions for educational use can go pretty far to keeping you in along a reasonable path of using content from other sources.
Lastly, draw the line with advice from your legal group and follow the same best practice over and over again.
I often use two statements with teams when it comes to video in the LMS:
- A learning system can be seen as a type of distribution tool. If we dont have explicit distribution rights with the content we probably should not be using it.
- Just because you can probably get a Star Wars video into their training doesnt mean you should 🤣.

I could be wrong but my initial thought is that this would be found with the original author of the content rather than Docebo.
The original author would state if their IP is free to use, requires attribution, is not allowed, or perhaps requires a fee to use, etc.

IANAL, but educational use is included under the fair use exceptions for US copyright. There are fewer exceptions if you are a for-profit educator. Where practical you should credit the original creator and the nature of the copyright. If something is released under the Creative Commons Attribution, there are specific guidelines for crediting the owner.
When in doubt, I would contact an attorney or replace with public domain assets.
