CSV upload with language characters

Hi, is there a way to setup the CSV upload to accept a different letter?  

I can use Icelandic characters when entering a user manually but when I upload the CSV file, it changes the characters to a question mark. 

Our system default language is in English but we have offices in Iceland, Portugal, Malaysia, etc.

@isaal are you saving (encoding) your CSV file in the UTF-8 CSV format? It's absolutely essential if your dataset contains accented characters and non-English alphabet characters.

      Thank you! Yes, I just found out to have it in UTF-8 CSV and it works. :)
