Are you seeing any delays in the reports updating new fields? For example, we have added a new text field to our user data. We added the field into the report, but the field isn’t populating. Is there a time delay or any issues you see when adding new fields?

Data extracted and displayed in the report is not real-time, but it will be automatically updated every day after 12 am (midnight). However, we do have the option to manually run the data refresh up to a limited number in order to see the most up-to date. It may take up to two hours to complete the data refresh. So to view the new field data in the report, you either have to wait for the next automatic data run to complete or you can run a data refresh manually and pull the report once the data refresh is complete.
