Is there a way to create alerts (email) for SuperAdmins to receive when there is a new question or response in the Q&A forums?

Hi @bdorador For the Q&A, yes there notifications but these only go to the Experts assigned to the channel, not the supers. However if your super is also an expert on the channel, they will receive the notification.

Another option would be to use the Forum widget attached to a course, these notifications can be sent to super admins.

 

The Notification Events and Conditions knowledge article provides a good overview of what notifications are available and who they can be sent to.

I believe as @lrnlab  has said however I think you need to have the Discover Coach and Share feature to use this. Otherwise you would then need to use the Forum Widget.
