Hi all.

Our web certificate expired for one of our portals & the guy who typically handles this is currently away. He was able to give me a bit of info but i’m still lost.

He sent the screenshot below as the location to update the certificate:

However i cannot find this page at all. this is the closest i could find:

Clearly this is way off. if anybody knows how i can find the area pictured in the first image, please let me know, I’ve been through the entire Admin Menu it seems & still can’t find it.

Thanks!
Nate

Hello,

The image you were sent is from extended enterprise. Here’s how you get there

Admin gear →

click the right instance

if your company uses a domain name not a folder, you’ll see it on the next screen

I would encourage you to reach out to Docebo support to help you through this.

In case you hadn’t found this already:

Important bit here

Adding a Renewed Certificate

If your certificate has been renewed and you need to upload the new certificate in the platform, you first need to delete the old certificate in this area, obtain the new certificate, then upload the new certificate using the steps outlined above. In order to keep your site always up and running, the old certificate will remain active until you perform the substitution.

@NateC Everything that has been offered is predicated on you having a new certificate to upload.  If you don’t have that already, then there is much more that you need to do.

Do you have an IT department that helps with web/IP things?  If so, you need to reach out to them to find out how to actually GET the new certificate.

My company uses KeyFactor as the source of the SSL certificate (.pem). DM me if can find your company’s souce but need help with it
