Hello, I was wondering if there’s an easy way to mass enroll via CSV to Events via Sessions instead of individually enrolling everyone into individual events or is there a work around anyone has experienced to make this task easier. Thank you!

Rich - When they are enrolled in a session they are automatically enrolled in every event under that session.

+2Hi there! Yes, you can definitely enroll users via CSV file into sessions! If you navigate to the event using Course Management and click the Manage Enrollments button you can download a template to use. We only use four columns - username, course code, session id and level. Fill in those items and upload your doc in the same area. In the Advanced Settings dropdown choose “Consider First Row as Header” They will then ask you to select the headers by drag and drop and then click upload. Let me know if you have any questions!

Yes! By adding that course id and session id to your upload document it will add the learners you want to the session when completed. I attached a sample doc.
