I have a preview course that is free to our members, is there a way to host in Docebo without requiring users to enroll? What are your thoughts?

Enrollment is required for a user to be able to access a course. Theoretically, you could setup a rule to auto-enroll all users if you wanted to ensure they didn’t have to self-enroll.

If the course is a single training material and not interactive, e.g. a video or a PDF, then you could upload it to a channel. Channels assets do not require enrollment before viewing, but you get practically no reporting on channel assets aside from meta stats e.g., number of views.

This has been a LONG requested feature and it has NEVER been resolved.  I would like them to create a Preview to the course overview at bare min.  I didn’t have a lot of time to search the Ideas page, but here are a few you can p-vote and add your requests huere:

One addition to this - there is the “Demo Materials” feature that might fit this use case. I have not looked at it closely myself but it may work for you? It’s available at the bottom of the course properties page:
