Hello,
Your Support Team has been assisting me with testing and exploring the new ‘Cancelled session’ functionality within Sandbox.
As part of this testing, we’ve identified a reporting gap. At the moment, there doesn’t appear to be a straightforward way to report on or identify sessions that have been cancelled. The only current option is to use the Audit Trail to identify cancelled sessions and manually extract this information on a regular basis.
This creates a particular challenge because cancelled sessions will be removed from LAB after three months, meaning we would need to regularly capture this information to retain an accurate record for reporting, monitoring and audit purposes.
It would therefore be really useful if the session status within reporting functionality could include a clear status field, for example:
- Active – session is currently available/ongoing
- Ended – session has taken place and is complete
- Cancelled – session was cancelled
Ideally, the Cancelled status would remain visible in reporting even after the session is no longer available within LAB, allowing us to easily report on historical cancellations without relying on the Audit Trail or manual data extraction.
Could you please advise whether this is something that could be considered as part of the reporting functionality, or whether there is an existing report/filter that would allow us to achieve this?
Many thanks,
Charlene
