GA - site speed - not working?

It could be due to the page sample size being smaller than the actual usage of page views. This article explains well the Site Speed calculation and metric in GA reporting.
This article was also helpful in walking through comparing the sample size to your actual page views/visits.
Checking in a sandbox site, configured with Google Analytics app for Learn, I don’t think I have quite enough page views to calculate Site Speed very often, except on several occasions as seen below in the graph.
The fastest speed being a .92 second average and the slowest being a 1.52 second average:

Mostly in the 1.5-2.5 second range.
What are normal values? Is my docebo slow or fast, relative to others’?
+3On “normal values”, it really depends on what the pages are and what activities are taking place to load out the UI. It’s difficult to give a general value but I wouldn’t say that 1.5 - 2.5 seconds is outside expectations. There is also the limitation to consider which is bandwidth of the user...
