Can course Thumbnail be removed?

Does anyone know if these course thumbnails can be completely removed using CSS?

Appreciate your help!

Here is my suggestion.

Be sure to test and look for any adverse effects in other areas.

/** Start remove icons in syllabus list **/

dcb-sh-list-item-content-lesson.lmn-list-item .lmn-list-item-slot-start:not(:empty) {
    display: none;
}

/** End remove icons in syllabus list **/

    Try this:

    div.lmn-list-item-slot-start {
      display: none;
    }
