+6I was thinking of entering branding colors in CSS and then using them on pages, to make my life easier with EE clients. Then I could set all my pages to automatically use branding colors (with various other tweaks obviously) with EE variations.
Has anyone tried anything like this? Any known pitfalls to declaring color variables in the CSS and then using them in CSS and pages?

I mean, thats just how CSS works no? Only real downside is the typical CSS downsides of won’t impact mobile app etc.

Just confirming my understanding of CSS.
I’ve never actually used it until last year.
+6I mean I’ve used websites that contain CSS, but never manual edits like this.
We've been using the Branding config in the Admin panel to set our brand color palette for the whole site so we havent needed to use CSS. I assumed EE would give you the option to do the same but it sounds like it doesnt. I’d suggest adding that an an idea because I would definitely vote for it. Should be an easier way to do that than CSS since the feature is on the admin panel.
