Hi, we would like to show the user’s name on each page/tab of the user personal summary.

Currently the name only appears on the Statistics page, but we’d like to have it appear on the other pages.

Has anyone created CSS code to do this?

Hi @Holly,

I have not created a CSS code to do this, but if you added it to the Ideas, I would vote on this.

Done! Thanks

Probably not possible thorough CSS since it doesn’t exist, and requires looking up data in the system. System variables for content regions in general, things like usernames and user attributes, course info, etc. Used to use that type of system all the time in other LMS’s.

Curious if anyone has discovered a solution or work around for this? We have leaders within our organization that would like to see the user name and not just an ID number when viewing particularly the Courses “tab” of the User Personal Summary and when exporting to PDF to have the learner name appear.

I’d also like to see a way to update this. I’d think that it wouldn’t be that hard, that it’s pulling from the user details, and it could pull a different field.
