We are testing out using ILTs to record in-person classes. We’ve created a Manual-recording ILT course.
We’d like to allow our trainers to write why someone didn’t appear for class, or why they had to be gone for X hours. Is there a way to do this?

I’ve never tried this, but could you possibly add a course additional field? Something along the lines of “Instructor Notes on Absence (If Applicable)” and then make sure the person leading the ILT has the ability to edit the field after the event/session?
