Allow tags from Google Analytics 4 to work in Docebo and allow us to add the tags to the right location of the home page HTML code such as adding a Google Analytics 4 tag to the header and body of the home page.

We need a way to directly add Google tags to the header and the body as specified by Google.

Hi, @kbarree You can configure the whole of your platform to use your GA-4 tracker. There is a Google Analytics app that you need to enable, and then you can configure it to hold the string that GA-4 describes.

A couple of problems that we found was that it tracks ALL activity, so if you have any type of course work that should not be crawled outside of the LMS (aka, FUOU or show up in any kind of Google search results) there is no method for blocking that content from the tracker. Also, if you use extended enterprise, all sub-folders apply to the same tracker so you be able to see which subfolder the activity came from.

Because of these two issues, we had to stop using GA.
