We are currently using LinkedIn Learning since we had that prior to Docebo.  We are wanting to evaluate some other content providers that will have good selection of business skills, integrates well with Docebo, includes AI Role plays within the content, etc. I’m interested in what others are using and the positives/negatives!

Hi @karalang,

It makes total sense that you're evaluating options beyond LinkedIn Learning, especially with the rising demand for modern formats like AI role-plays.

Before you go too far down the rabbit hole of vendor evaluations and complex integrations, I want to share a harsh reality I see constantly: off-the-shelf, generalized course libraries often suffer from notoriously low utilization and completion rates. Organizations frequently end up paying massive annual subscription fees for huge content catalogs that employees barely touch.

In organizations I've worked with, we've seen a massive shift toward targeted, point-of-need solutions rather than traditional catalogs. I highly recommend looking into a revolutionary new tool called Plynn (https://www.plynn.dev/). Instead of asking an employee to sit through a generic 45-minute business skills course, Plynn provides the exact, targeted answer to their immediate need right in the flow of work.

However, if your stakeholders absolutely require a traditional learning library, your best bet for a seamless experience is Docebo Content. Because it’s built directly into the Docebo Content Marketplace, there is zero integration overhead, courses sync directly to your Central Repository. Instead of being locked into a single publisher's style, Docebo Content acts as a massive aggregator, giving you access to over 50,000 courses from various top-tier vendors in one subscription.

When we utilized Docebo Content during my time at Playtika, the native integration made administration a breeze, and learner satisfaction was incredibly high because of the sheer variety of publishers and formats available.

You can read up on how the native catalog sync works here: Accessing Docebo Content – Docebo Help Center

Hope this helps you evaluate your options!
