Has anyone been able to enable the dial in option for MS Teams in their Teams integration? We need to be able to use the feature and Docebo support said it isn’t supported but I am not sure if that is correct. it seems like a permissions thing through Azure but we can’t seem to figure it out.

have you tried creating your meeting in Teams then using the “Custom Link” option and pasting your link there? This should bypass the Docebo integration and am assuming you should be able to run a session with both voice options (dial-in & voice over IP)

Hi Irnlab,

Thanks for the suggestion! We do have that option, but we have 100s of sessions in the system and creating a separate meeting for each one and then pasting the link in the custom link field is more work than what we wanted to go through. The sessions are already setup. We didn’t notice this feature didn’t work until recently.

Oh no, sorry to hear that...you might want to try it anyway fro future sessions...as for the current ones, not sure what else I can offer as a solution...and you’re set-up sign the session type “Meeting”...It’s odd that the dial-in feature is not available

Agree that feature should be available, especially if its default on your account. For future ones to help with the 100’s scenario for custom links, if you can break things into series and use repeating events, you can re-use the same link or handful of links, one per series, helps a little bit at least.

Still seems more like a bug that the integration is actively turning off the phone options, did you ask support by chance?
