Can a SuperAdmin see what users have created playlists?

Are SuperAdmins able to see what users have created a playlist(s)?

    you can always impersonate the user to see what they have.

     Checked the DCS reports and cannot see any place where you can export the user’s private playlists. Maybe open a new idea on this? If you post if here, I will vote it up. Thx
