Certification Reports - Legacy Certification data no longer in custom reports

This was posted on the original PDG site however I wanted to bring it back up here. 

We recently noticed that the User - Certifications report only works with the new certs. It no longer reports on the legacy certs. Does Docebo have any plans to correct this before the migration next year? We can still get the data via legacy reports however some do not have access to these any longer.

Hi ​@lrnlab, there are currently two custom reports available in the platform:

  • Users - New Certifications: shows enrollment and certification award details for selected users under the new certification type.
  • Users - Legacy Certifications: use this for legacy certification data. Note that this report was renamed from "Users - Certifications" to "Users - Legacy Certifications" to distinguish it from the above report.
