Multi-language course feature - course certificate not showing the course title in the right language

We need to switch to the multi-language course soon, but our users are sensitive to language issues.  If they complete the course in Japanese, but the certificate shows the course in English (default language), then we can’t go live with it.

 

It would be interesting to know if anyone is using the multi-language feature and if they have any workarounds for the course title issue.

    Commenting to follow this because we are looking to test build our first multi-language course soon and I didn’t even think about the certificates! I need to check the certificate builder, but can multilanguage ones be created?

    Hi ​@RWalsh I may be wrong  but pretty sure certificates cannot pick up localized text from your course titles unless you create the different language versions. See this KB article: https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020084280-Creating-and-managing-certificates

    If you have done that and also check that the fields you want to show in the certificate have also been localized, you may need to open a support ticket.
