I’ve come across an issue that several staff members appear to be experiencing when attempting to renew their certifications.
For some reason, the option or link to renew an expired certification is not appearing for them. We’re seeing this across multiple users, which makes me think there may be a broader issue at play.
Has anyone encountered this before or know what might be causing it?
