Our instructional design team creates our courses via scorm with each course ending with a course conclusion knowledge check.
Checked within the knowledge base and confirmed that the reporting should display the missed questions for the learner (https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020080200-Checking-the-course-report) but our more recent courses have not been displaying it.
When looking at a learners report, it will just indicate a reference number without showing me the question asked or responses (example below):

Is this a setting somewhere or perhaps something to do with our scorm package used to create the course in. Either way, it’s making it very difficult to help a learner figure out where they went wrong if I can’t see what is being asked… HELP!
