Hi - I am getting feedback that a bunch of enrollment rules that have been working have not been successfully triggered between yesterday and this morning. Is there something that I should watch for as a best practice?
I know that the enrollment rule should be doing its thing as a moving forward type of criteria….but for whatever reason? They did not seem to “run”??? And I find myself going into groups and triggering their associated mapping.

Enrollment Rules? Is there are reason why they would fail to auto-enroll people?

Is one best practice - once an enrollment rule is set - you should not mess with the group?
