Hi all,
We currently do not have any policies in place for learning engagement. We’re looking to create a policy and/or learner agreements when it comes to attending courses. For example, we have a lot of people sign up for a course but then drop out last minute which in turn wastes the money we had spent on the session.
Does anyone have a policy that they are currently using that is effective? Looking for a jumping off point and what to consider when creating our own.
