I still have not figured out a good way to handle forklift evaluations that are federally required every 3 years. Has anyone done this?
Checklists don’t have a grading or pass/fail/retake options.
Making an “External Training” seems tedious to manage.
Wondering if the best way is a course shell with just a question that they swear they passed? or force an assignment where you upload a copy of your evaluation (this is a lot to ask of a deskless worker)?
Any ideas?
