Is anyone having issues access their usage dashboard? When I click on it, nothing happens and the page is not showing up. I’ve logged out and logged back in and it’s still not working. 🤔

I've experienced this a few times in the past, but it always seems to resolve itself after a few minutes. It’s working fine for me right now.

Hi @lilyschlossin, thank you for coming to the community with your concern. May I ask if you are still experiencing issues with the usage dashboard?

@lilyschlossin

Did you do anything to fix it?  I am currently experiencing the same issue and have been for several weeks.  I’ve created a ticket with Docebo’s Support team but we’ve not determined a resolution yet.  It only occurs in Chrome.

Just here to report that this is an issue for me as well.  I was able to open the Usage Dashboard in Microsoft Edge on the first try, but it took multiple attempts in Google Chrome before it opened.

@aml1tsey I ended up resolving this but uninstalling/reinstalling chrome and removing my bookmarks/extensions and adding them back.  No rhyme or reason to it, but it worked.

Once Chrome was reinstalled and I logged back into Chrome (to restore my bookmarks and extensions) – the problem persisted.  However, I then decided to log out of my Chrome user, which removed the aforementioned Bookmarks and extensions.  I was then able to load the Usage Dashboard.  I proceeded to add back my bookmarks one by one.  The issue did not return.  I proceeded to add back my extensions one by one.  The issue did not return.  I then made the minor browser customizations I am permitted (colour scheme, turn off auto-fill, turn off password manager, etc.).  The problem did not return.  I am logged back in with my chrome user, so that was not it either. I have had no issue since.

Docebo looked at the HAR file from before my “resolution” and found nothing.  We are on our own on this one it seems.
