Hello,

I am reaching out to ask if a virtual walk through support is available rather than always waiting for a support ticket to be filled? I know there are session to enrol in but unfortunateIy am operating on AWST.

Have you checked out Docebo University? They cover a lot of the general tasks. 

Reporting is mostly about picking the right report and then testing out the settings. Users - Courses or Users - Learning Plans covers most of the activities.

ILT reporting on sessions is always interesting.

What exactly are you trying to do?


have you tried the Chat option? they are usually pretty responsive and can transfer the chat to a ticket when needed...we use it for the smaller stuff….
