Be aware of changes to the Observer Checklist listings after the July update.
Prior to the July 2025 update our Observation Checklists referenced the user’s first and last name in the listing for manager or observer’s checklist. Now it references the observed persons username.
We use employee number for username, resulting in a significant impact.

Now shows: | User 339956 observed by George Jetson | completed on 07/22/2025
