Hi Community!

Looking to connect with other Docebo customers running L&D for organizations of 2,000+ employees, especially those managing a blend of field and desk-based workers with significant safety training and annual certification requirements.

If that's you, I'm proposing a short **virtual peer roundtable** — roughly 60 minutes — to share what's working and surface common challenges. No formal agenda, no Docebo reps, just practitioners comparing notes.

**I'm particularly interested in talking through:**
- Structuring content and learning paths across a mixed workforce
- Compliance tracking and annual certification renewal workflows
- Reporting on safety training at scale
- Workarounds or wins worth sharing

Our context: City of Tacoma, ~4,000 employees, mix of office and field staff, safety training is a core part of our catalog alongside leadership and compliance programming.

Interested? Comment below or DM me and I'll pull together a time. Happy to share our setup in more detail once we have a small group.

Late to respond, but hello fellow Tacoman!

I’m working for a manufacturing company and having some of them same questions. What we’re really struggling with is how to make courses engaging and easy to track when a lot of our hourly workers are essentially watching a training video in a classroom setting. We don’t have devices for each employee, so we end up with a ton of manual completion-marking and frustrated Power Users.

We’re also trying to solve the “how do we track forklift/first aid/etc” external certifications. Our rep told us there may be an update coming that would help, but that’s about all the info we have right now. Our main goal is tracking in one place and getting some kind of notification or alert when it’s time for retraining.

The thing is - I don’t know that we have any answers to offer. We’ve considered buying a second LMS because we haven’t found the workarounds or workflows that can do any of this well.
