I’m wondering if anyone manages a scholarship program and how you handle time limits for your scholarship learners, if you have one.
We offer a scholarship with the agreement that you’ll register for your first VILT within 6 weeks and complete the learning plan within 6 months. But it’s proving really difficult to track. We’ve started to code scholarships amounts as additional fields and we use our creation dates to give us an idea of when they started. But it’s still super cumbersome.
How are other people handling similar programs if at all?
