I would like to know if its possible for someone who has access to a SCORM file to edit it after beeing exported. My situation is that i want to give access to my scorm file to a client but I don't want them to be able to edit the content like they want.

However, SCORM is just a zip-compressed web application, so a skilled web developer will be able to uncompress its content, make edits in the source code, and repackage it. It won’t be quick, nor easy, as most authoring tools are adding a lot of own things and code, but some simple edits are doable.
