Have you all ever had the automation app completely fail on all files?
Anyone running the automation app in the US East “region”?

We did see some failures at one point a few months ago with user upload via CSV file and we had to change the behaviour post upload to delete the file. Renaming the file apparently caused the job to fail. Could that be the issue you are seeing?

+11Unsure. We are doing rename - but it is harder to see whats going on because our SFTP is one that has a pretty tight security related to it and it delete the file once collected by Docebo.

+10The “file renaming” was the thing that was causing the failures in our case. Once we changed it to delete the file after it was consumed, everything started working and has ever since.
