When working with certificates, a challenge is to get all certificates into a single place. But for those long timers, is there a stable url pattern that can help us figure out a report that can connect a learner record to a certificate “link”.’

I think it's possible but it would require some technical help.
It does appear that there is a repeatable structure.
The URL to retrieve a certificate is https:;//[yoursubdomain].docebosaas.com/lms/index.php?r=myActivities/downloadCertificate&course_id=0&id_user=00000
