We are very excited to share something we've been quietly building for a while now. The Docebo Adoption Packs have had a full relaunch, so I wanted to provide more details on how they're made and what's changed.
What are Adoption Packs?
If you haven't come across them before, Adoption Packs are structured enablement guides built around specific Docebo features and use cases. Each one covers best practices, KPIs to track, health signals, quick-start checklists, discussion questions, Harmony prompts, and more, all in one place. The idea is to give you something genuinely useful whether you're just getting started with a feature or trying to get more out of it.
What's new in the relaunch?
The format has been completely rebuilt from the ground up. Every pack now follows a consistent structure across 15 sections, so you always know what to expect and where to find things.
The goal is content that's grounded in what's actually happening with customers, not just generic best practice advice.
What's live now
Currently, there are 24 rebranded packs available (with more on the way), covering topics across Core Platform, Content, Learner XP, AI, Reporting, Integrations, and more. A few recent ones include Go.Learn Mobile Learning, New Admin UX and Navigation, Google Analytics 4 Integration, and Harmony AI Assistant.
Where we'd love your input
Two things would genuinely help shape what comes next:
- Improvements: Is there something you'd want to see in a pack that isn't there? A section that's missing, a format that would work better for how you use these, or anything that feels off?
- Topics: What features or use cases would you most want a pack for? We have a long list but your priorities matter more than ours.
