At the end of 2025 we launched a new set of offerings for new admins to learn how to use the platform.
This new content package consists of Docebo Essentials, a high level introduction to the features and considerations that admins will use to build a learning ecosystem, as well as Docebo Admin Fundamentals, which offers a deeper dive into the specific administrative functions that represent the core functionality and everyday process of the platform.
This decision was made from feedback from the community and surveys from onboarding admins that described our previous model (Getting Started with Docebo Learn) as too expansive and lacking in interactivity that would help admins internalize the workflows required to administer the platform.
We've received positive feedback on the new experience and will be building on this momentum with additional workflows specific to different use cases in the future.
With all of the recent changes to Docebo products, the Docebo University team has been revisiting some of our older content to see what needs to be updated and what can be retired.
Out of our existing customer-facing English-language courses, we found that about 35 courses are either related to decommissioned product features, or the content within has been absorbed into our newer offerings.
Decommissioning these older courses will give us more time to focus on building new content and maintaining the courses that our customers get the most value out of. We have some big plans for the future, and we really look forward to showing you what we’ve been working on – with think you’ll be just as excited as we are.
Our plan is to decommission these older courses on Thursday, September 23rd.
