Docebo will be performing an upgrade of Redis in our London region (EU-WEST-2). This upgrade is being performed to address an intermittent error condition that was discovered in troubleshooting. The maintenance will be performed on Nov 15th between 18:00-22:00 UTC.

Will this affect any functionality of the platform?

During the maintenance window, you may experience up to thirty minutes of downtime where you may be unable to login, take courses, or configure the platform.
