We’d like to give you a heads-up about an upcoming scheduled maintenance aimed at ensuring the continued stability and reliability of the Docebo platform.

⏰ 6:00 PM CET / 12:00 PM (noon) EST
⏳ Estimated duration: 6–8 hours

 

🚫 Temporary service unavailability:

During the maintenance window, the following products will be unavailable:

  • Reports
  • Learn Data

 

We’re sharing this in advance to support your planning and reduce any potential impact. Our teams will work to complete the maintenance as efficiently as possible and restore full service promptly.

If you retrieve data from Learn Data tables via ETL/ELT systems, we recommend running a full refresh once data re-ingestion is complete.

Hi there! We don’t expect any additional areas of the LMS to be affected beyond what’s outlined in the announcement.

We’ve also confirmed that the maintenance can be completed without impacting Insights, so this feature is expected to remain available during the scheduled window.

Hi there! While not all customers will be impacted, effects may be seen across different regions.

Hi there! Learners’ ability to complete training will not be impacted by this maintenance.

Progress is expected to continue being tracked and will be reflected in Reports once they are back online.

Will there be a notification alerting us to when the mainenance has concluded?

 

Hi there! As our assessment progressed, we can now confirm that this maintenance will only impact platforms (including sandbox) hosted in Europe (Ireland).

Your can verify your hosting region in your Admin Menu under Settings → Advanced Settings → Platform Information. If your platform is hosted outside of Europe (Ireland), it is not expected to be affected.

While we won't send a separate notification once it's complete, service will resume as soon as the work is finished, or at the latest once the 6–8 hour maintenance window has passed.

Per our Support contact, the update was to be for EU region only. As of 10:20am PT, reporting is still available for me on US region.
