We’re excited to share that the Docebo Help Center is getting a fresh new experience, with go-live planned for early July.

This update is more than a visual refresh. It is designed to make it easier for you to find the right answers faster, with a more modern and unified experience, stronger self-service, and improved search and AI-powered assistance.

Once live, logged-in users will also benefit from a more personalized Help Center experience. Signing in will allow us to surface the most relevant content based on who you are and the support context tied to your account, helping you get to the right information more quickly.

You can also expect updated content organization and navigation, including new categories and an improved AI search experience that will help surface relevant resources more efficiently.

As part of this new experience, login will be required to access the personalized features of the Help Center for all users. This change helps us deliver a more relevant, account-aware support journey and better connect customers with the content and services that matter most to them.

We’re looking forward to giving you a faster, smarter, and more tailored way to self-serve with Docebo! Let us know if you have any questions!

I'm very excited about this update! Since logging in will now be required, does this mean every user will need to create their own account? Also, are there any limits on the number of accounts allowed per company? We currently direct all our admins to the help center and plan to eventually link to it using a support agent, so we'd love some clarity on how this will impact our workflow.

Hi @Jessica Tart,

Thanks for the great question. We’re glad to hear you’re excited about the update.

The main goal is to make self-help more effective by helping users get to the right answers faster and with more relevant context.

At this stage, there are no plans to restrict access to the Help Center content that is currently available, and there is no limit on the number of users from a company who can create an account or sign in, including with their Google credentials.

By signing in, users will benefit from a more personalized experience, where search history and recent ticket activity can help surface more relevant answers and guidance.

Looking ahead, we may introduce content that is more relevant to specific types of users, and the new experience gives us the flexibility to make that available in a more targeted way when it makes sense.

Hope this helps.

Best,

Maria
