Update to Docebo’s status page

We’re always working hard to improve Docebo—and we know that if and when any incidents occur, clear communication matters.

That’s why, on February 10th, we’ll transition our platform status page to a new provider (root.ly). This change is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our incident management processes, deliver a modern UI/UX, and provide a more streamlined, reliable experience over time.

The good news? No action is required by you.

  • The URL remains unchanged: https://status.docebo.com
  • You’ll still receive emails: If you were previously subscribed to status email notifications, you’ve been automatically subscribed, and no action is required.

Going forward, status notifications will be sent from no-reply@rootly.com. If your organization has robust email security practices, please be sure to allowlist this address to ensure uninterrupted delivery.

Please note: For the time being, subscribers will receive notifications for all incidents. In the future, we plan to reintroduce more customization capabilities to select notifications for certain areas of the platform—and we’ll let you know when those are available.

Thanks for being part of Docebo Community as we never stop learning together!

FYI - Emails from Rootly did go to our Junk folder, so I recommend adding this to your Safe Senders list!
