We are excited to announce some upcoming changes to our Support Surveys.

 

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience we are simplifying our surveys sent after support interactions.

 

What's changing:

  • We’re moving from a 1–10 rating scale to a simpler 1–5 scale
  • We are migrating from our previous Tool into our main Support software

 

What's not changing:

Our commitment to an incredible customer experience

 

Why is this changing:

We’ve made this change to make it faster and easier for you to provide feedback.
