We’ve updated the list of sub-processors for your learning platform.
Docebo is modifying our list of third-party sub-processors, as regulated by our Agreement. This post outlines the changes to our list of third-party sub-processors. No action is needed on your side.
New Sub-processor
The following sub-processor will be added to the sub-processors list. It will be added to the sub-processors list and activated after 30 days from the date of this communication. If you activate AI features in our content creation tool - namely Creator -, Colossyan will be engaged by default once the new Docebo AI service is enabled.
Subprocessor Name: Colossyan
Subject Matter of the Processing: Service Provider used to create videos from text via artificial representations of individuals (“AI Avatars”)
Processed Data: Input provided by the LMS Admins to prompt AI Avatars to speak and perform. Any information LMS Admins decide to upload to create a customised AI Avatar, including their voice, picture or video footage (available in late 2025)
Location: EU

Other changes
- In relation to Google usage, we removed Natural Language API functionalities and expanded our usage of Vertex AI for some optional Docebo AI functionalities, available in Docebo Learn LMS.
- In relation to Microsoft, we have consolidated the usage of OpenAI into two main data storage/hosting locations (US and EU) for optimal service delivery.
- We added additional details to our usage of Amazon Web Services, consolidated the data storage for Bedrock and migrated our Docebo Learning Evaluation platforms into two main data storage/hosting locations (US and EU) for optimal service delivery.
This update is needed in order to improve our level of service and internal efficiency as well as to follow the evolution of our company.
The relationship with each of the above sub-processors is governed by Docebo’s third-party security management program and Data Processing Agreement (including the EU SCCs) to ensure they meet our rigorous security and privacy standards.
