What 365Talents does
365Talents is a skills intelligence and internal mobility platform used by global enterprises to understand workforce capability as it exists today.
It goes beyond static job descriptions and one-time assessments by capturing skills as they evolve through work, experience, and learning. That gives organizations a clearer view of:
- What people can actually do today
- Where skill gaps are emerging
- Where hidden potential can be unlocked across the workforce
Why we’re excited about this
Many of our customers want greater insight into the skills of their workforce, learning that supports readiness and growth, and better visibility into where to invest, redeploy, or develop talent as priorities change.
By bringing 365Talents together with Docebo, we’re strengthening the connection between skills and learning so organizations can target development more precisely and validate progress more clearly.
What this means for you
Docebo’s CEO Alessio, shared this earlier today via email:
“One message has been consistent [from our customers]. You want us to maintain sustained investment and focus on our core product. You want excellence in the fundamentals, and you want innovation that truly matters, not shiny objects. That feedback guides our decisions, and it is why I want to be very clear on this point.
Our focus on the Docebo LMS is unchanged. In fact, it is becoming even more intense. Learning remains at the core of what we do, and we will continue to invest heavily in strengthening both core capabilities and innovation within the LMS. This acquisition does not move us away from that goal in any way.”
To that point, there’s nothing you need to do today as a result of this acquisition, and nothing changes in how you use Docebo. 365Talents remains available as a standalone solution, and any new capabilities will be introduced to the Docebo platform gradually and optionally, with a clear focus on delivering value without adding complexity.
