This may be a very basic-level question, but is there any thought about expanding the number of assets/courses that can be linked to a specific space? Or perhaps allowing for some kind of visibility feature?
I understand the UX side and how more than 10 courses could easily create more noise and clutter, so I applaud the intentionality here. However, I am working through a pilot program using the tool and have run into something that may stop us from scaling it.
We have multiple teams that make use of some of our targeted URLs, let’s call it “tools.com.” Each team has a specific usage and process within tools.com that tailor to their very complex needs. Each team has their own instructions, documentation, SOPs, and training related to tools.com. These are not duplications of the same training, they are tailored to the specific needs of the teams. So right now, I can create a space for tools.com and attach 10 assets to it. However, Team A has 8 relevant assets, Team B has 6 relevant assets, and Team C has 9 relevant assets: 23 assets in total. Visibility can be arranged with catalogs and channels (this part is working great so people only see what they have access to), however I still have the limit on the admin side of 10 items.
Right now, my pilot for Team A is going great. But I am looking ahead to the next stage with Team B and Team C and I am not quite sure how to tackle this and scale it for them.
Perhaps someone else has another strategy for how to tackle this?
