403 screens when logging in as Power User

Hi all.

Has anyone been having issues trying to log in as power users? I’ve been trying to test something on our Sandbox environment but for most of the Power Users I select, I get 403s when I navigate pretty much anywhere. Sometimes I don’t even get the chance to navigate anywhere, I get the 403 as soon as I log in.

I don’t seem to be having the issue on the Production environment but I don’t want to do a lot of testing there, I would far rather use the Sandbox; that’s actually why we have it.

Any insight appreciated.

    Yes I see those from time to time...if you are playing around with pages it can happen. In other cases it’s cause when you dont log out using the sign out and you log in with another username that doers not have access to to the same page(s) you were on with the last login...I just refresh the page or go back to the homepage and it clears up. Likely a caching issue...Docebo depends a lot on cache.
